Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information when placing orders. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be redelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Orders may also be refused or canceled if legal age verification requirements cannot be met at the time of delivery, as per current Canadian regulations.

Ordering Process 

  • Select products from the system list. 
  • Add to cart, check for gifts & discount codes (if any). 
  • At the Payment step, fill in all delivery information. 
  • Customers complete the Payment step and will receive confirmation after successful order placement via email. 

Delivery Conditions

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 24 hours of placement, depending on product availability and delivery location.

Customers are encouraged to select the nearest delivery area to help ensure timely service.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Customers may also receive a phone call or text message from the delivery driver at the time of delivery.

  1. General delivery hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM. 
  2. Delivery time: 

Omybuds.com can deliver within the same day (24 hours from order placement) in the following areas:

  •  Toronto (Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, Oakville, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa); 
  • York Region (Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Woodbridge, North York, East York, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury); 
  • Simcoe County (Barrie, Innisfil, Bradford). 

 

Shipping Fee

Omybuds offers free shipping on online orders with a post-discount subtotal of $150 CAD or more.

For orders under $150 CAD, applicable delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

 

Order Cancellation by Omybuds

Omybuds reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Inability to contact the customer using the provided phone number
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions
  • Multiple orders placed for the same address that appear inconsistent with personal use
  • Product availability issues, system errors, or other operational concerns

If an order is canceled, customers will be notified by email whenever possible.
