Return Policy

At Omybuds, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to Canadian cannabis regulations and the nature of cannabis products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we are committed to resolving legitimate concerns fairly and professionally.

Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

Customers may qualify for a return, exchange, store credit, or refund under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Missing item(s) from an order
  • Damaged or defective product upon arrival
  • Verified product quality concerns
  • Delivery-related issues caused by our service

To be eligible for review, customers must contact Omybuds within 24 hours of receiving their order.

Cannabis Flower Exchange Policy

Omybuds offers exchanges for cannabis flower products under approved circumstances. A return processing fee of $10 CAD per order will apply.

For all other eligible products:

  • Products must remain unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • Accessories and devices are considered final sale unless defective upon arrival
  • Approved exchanges may be subject to additional shipping charges

All exchange requests are reviewed individually and require prior approval from our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, Omybuds cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened cannabis products
  • Used accessories or devices
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Any return or exchange request submitted without prior authorization may be declined.

Reporting Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our support team as soon as possible and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Each case is reviewed individually. If approved, Omybuds may provide a replacement product, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method whenever possible. In certain situations, store credit or a replacement may be offered instead.

Please allow 3–10 business days for refund processing, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
